Whale Watching: GLOUCESTER, MASSACHUSETTS

6th August 2007: Whale Watching in Gloucester, Massachusetts.

Of course we didn't want to miss a Whale Watching tour. Therefore we drove to Gloucester, Massachusetts. Unfortunately the weather wasn't that good that day. We got tickets for the tour at 1.30 pm. So we still had some time to get something to eat.

The Gloucester House was a restaurant right next to the landing place of the Whale Watching ships. And what is it that you eat at the coast? Right, fish! I had roasted salmon.

As we boarded the Whale Watching ship it started raining. It took about one hour to get out onto the Atlantic Ocean to the place where the whales were. It was heavy sea but luckily it was dry out there on the Atlantic. We saw a few Humpback Whales. I didn't take any pictures of them though but I filmed quite a bit.
